DESCRIPTION
This course introduces the students, through a blend of theory and practice, to the art of printmaking, with a focus on contemporary practices. Through a hands-on approach, students will acquire a sound knowledge of the history of printmaking, the different techniques and mediums, and will get to develop a portfolio of their own prints. The course is not destined only for students who have a prior artistic background, it is open to all students.
